Recently baked continued..

Jam Doughnut cupcakes from here, my first ever attempt at using yeast!
And HOORAH! I finally made a batch of friands that didn't become completely destroyed when turned out!
They're white chocolate and raspberry French fanciers (aka Friands) I got the recipe from Stephanie Alexander's The Cook's Companion, and then added Black's Organic White Chocolate and a tonne of frozen raspberries!

And these are vanilla cookies from the Indulgence cookies cookbook as mentioned in the last post, the first time using the Scotty dog cookie cutter Steve bought for me - these were intended for Anna but accidentally got left at home!
