First recipe attempted from Trotski and Ash - half eaten chocolate mousse with Black's Organic milk chocolate, minus the ganache!

And another first attempt, from Ming's Cupcakes, for Karl cupcake #27, Vanilla and Almond cakes with Maple Syrup Cream Cheese Frosting (for this one I recommend getting the $10 Canadian maple syrup as opposed to the $3 Green's one that I used - too runny!)
